With a 1.5L large capacity, the Xiaomi Mi Smart Kettle Pro has many great features over the previous generation and caters to more than a few people at any given time. It can boil water quickly and easily thanks to its high power output. It also features a high definition digital screen to display its status and keep you up to date.
It automatically switches off once the water comes to a boil, but what sets this apart from other kettles is that it keeps the water warm after boiling. APP control allows it to keep water warm between 40 - 90°C which can be adjusted. While its two touch buttons allow you to easily switch between the boil or keep warm modes.
The interior is made from 304 stainless steel with a double-wall design to insulate heat even more. For additional protection, it features triple electric protection and has a durable temperature controller.
Its sleek and modern design will fit into any kitchen with its clean look and aluminium finish. Its top lid and opening diameter are designed to make cleaning easier. It also features an anti-splash power charging base for additional peace of mind.

Shipping - when can I expect my ordered item delivered?
Local Gauteng shipping is 1 - 2 days. We pride ourselves in getting ordered that are done before 11am to be shipped the same day.
National is between 2 - 4 days.

What is PC SPOT Product Warranty like?
General product warranty for items that are international, is 12 months. Refurbished items carry a 12 month warranty. This warranty applies unless otherwise listed by the supplier. All warranties are carried by the item supplier and PC SPOT is not involved in warranty decisions or processes. If you have a warranty issue, PC SPOT will let you know the procedure to follow:
1) in an email to info@pcspot.co.za, describe the issue, along with any supporting information, the item purchase date and order number
2) PC SPOT will create a RMA request to the supplier (1 - 2 days)
3) A request to courier the item back to the supplier will be initiated by PC SPOT
4) the supplier will investigate and test the item in question and a decision will be made: Repair, replace or refund (7 - 14 days). PC SPOT will communicate the decision and arrange for return of the item to end user.
5) should the item be found to be in working order, or mis-used or defective caused by not following working instructions, and the like, the supplier shall institute a restocking fee or refuse in totality to replace or refund the product. The return courier fees and assessment fees (around R250) will be charged to the end user
How do I check stock?
We provide the latest daily updated stock from the supplier, which is listed on the product page. Although we try our best to keep this as live as possible, sometimes the stock feed may not sync or show incorrect stock units.
For items that are 10 units or less, we suggest contacting us to check stock prior to ordering (info@pcspot.co.za or whatsapp 068 01 45678).

How do I make payment on PC SPOT?
There are 2 payment options available. We have partnered with Payfast to offer credit card, secure EFT and other payment methods for customers on PC SPOT. This is a secure portal run by Payfast - a well established and trusted payment platform in South Africa - for online payments. Payments done through Payfast are cleared with 5 minute to 1 hour, before we can start confirming you order.
We also have an EFT bank transfer option should you wish to deposit funds directly into our bank account. Please note EFT payments do have a clearance time-window of 24 hr - 48 hrs, before we can confirm payment and start working on your order.
What is the ordering process and timelines?
1- An order is placed and we receive the order request
2- we acknowledge receipt of the order within 12 hours, as well as payment confirmation, and mark as processing - if payment is still outstanding the order will remain in pending stage - only once payment is confirmed does it move to processing
3- We confirm stock with suppliers and will communicate with you if there is stock issues. If the stock is not available we offer a full refund, and cancel the order. Once stock is confirmed, we fulfil the order by securing the stock
4- a courier is booked, and the courier information is emailed to you with the waybill number
5 - the courier pickups the ordered items and delivers to you.
From ordering to courier booking, if ordered before 11am Monday to Thursday, courier is booked the same day, with shipping done same or next day.
